Try free ten-word practice for your child’s year group, without an account. To add the words sent home from school, choose Family Pass: £9 per family for 12 months, for up to five children. Buddies, hints and saved progress are included. It doesn’t renew automatically.

How it works
Start with a free practice session.

Choose a year group
Pick Reception to Year 6 and try ten words. You can do another session whenever you like, with no child name or account needed.

Add Family Pass if it’s useful
Buy an activation code without signing in. We email it to the address used at Stripe checkout. Then sign in or create a grown-up account to activate it for your family. We ask for your consent before saving a child’s profile.

Renew only if you choose
Family Pass lasts 12 months from activation. No automatic renewal: we won’t charge you for another year unless you choose to buy one.
Questions about Spellito
Does my child need a Spellito account to practise?
No. Basic ten-word practice is free with no child name or account. You can also create a free adult account to manage consent and school links. If you choose Family Pass, each child has a separate profile under your account.
Do I have to pay for Spellito?
No. There is no limit on how many free sessions you can do. Family Pass is optional: £9 per family per year for up to five children. It adds school word lists, buddies, hints, private progress, released SATs spelling practice and saved profiles across devices. Buy a code without signing in, then activate it with a grown-up account. Your 12 months start when you activate the code. It does not renew automatically.
Can we practise the spellings sent home from school?
Yes. With Family Pass, you can add your child's word list and example sentences. Your child hears each word and has a go at spelling it. Your school does not need to use Spellito for you to practise its list at home.
What can a parent see in Spellito?
With Family Pass, you can see each child's recent practice, accuracy and words they have found difficult. The children have separate profiles, so their results do not get mixed together. You can only see your own family's private progress.
How does a child connect to a school class?
If your teacher uses Spellito, choose the school and class and request a link for your child. The teacher must confirm the request before seeing class progress. A Family Pass is not required for this school connection.
