Send weekly words electronically
Create a word and sentence set once, then send it to the whole confirmed class. Existing teacher-voice audio is reused when it is already in the library.
For UK primary teachers
Spellito’s private-pilot dashboard brings weekly word sets, confirmed pupil progress and private class rankings into one simple place. Children practise in the app they already enjoy; teachers get useful signals without another heavy school system.
Teacher registration is ready for the private pilot. No pupil is visible until a parent requests a class link and you confirm it.

The pilot brings together the jobs teachers repeat every week, with no feature theatre and no extra pupil logins.
Create a word and sentence set once, then send it to the whole confirmed class. Existing teacher-voice audio is reused when it is already in the library.
Follow accuracy, active practice time, streaks and difficult words for pupils whose parent has joined and whose class link you have confirmed.
See real names beside the child-facing pseudonyms in your exact class, ranked only on practice completed after parent and teacher confirmation.
Share a short class code, review incoming family links, then confirm or reject each child before any named progress appears.
How the pilot will work
The school connection is two-sided. A teacher claims a school and class; a parent chooses the matching school and approves their child. That keeps the teacher view private by default.
Use a secure email link and give separate teacher consent.
Find the official school record, then add a familiar class label such as 4B.
Parents use the code to request a link for their child.
Approve each family link before viewing progress or sending work.
Spellito is designed in line with the UK ICO Children’s Code: high-privacy defaults, minimal data, no adverts and no sale of children’s data. A parent-authorised pending request shows only first name, last initial and school year to that class’s teachers. Named progress appears only after confirmation. Any teacher sees only confirmed pupils in an exact class they teach. Spellito never exposes another class or school’s named pupil data; any future comparison would have to be anonymous and aggregated.
